Water / Sewer
- Residential and commercial water rates shall be $0.85 per 100 gallons of water consumed.
- Residential sewer rates shall be $0.95 per 100 gallons of water consumed with a maximum charge established based on usage during the winter quarter (December, January and February).
- Commercial sewer rates shall be $0.95 per 100 gallons of water consumed.
Water Connection Charges (Hook-Up Fees)
- 1 inch service line or less - $600
- Larger than 1 inch - The charge shall be $50.00 per each 1/2 inch increase in pipe size or fraction thereof.
- 4 inch service line (minimum) - $600
- Larger than 4 inch - The charge shall be $50.00 per each 1 inch increase in pipe size or fraction thereof
Storm Sewer Connection Charges
- New Connection Fee-$600.00
Customer Access Charge for Water
- For all improved property with $29.00 per month unless water service is shut off at curb stop
- For all improved property with $14.00 per month unless water service is shut off at curb stop
Deposit
Water Salesman Rate- For all new residential utility users - $125 deposit
- $1.00 per 100 gallons
