BUILDING/ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
The City of Pipestone, Minnesota (Pop. 4,215) is accepting applications for the position of Building & Zoning Administrator. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance of public and private property with city building, zoning, plumbing, nuisance, and planning codes and regulations; assists with enforcement of the City’s nuisance ordinances; administers City Property Maintenance Ordinance; investigates nuisance and hazardous building complaints; and performs related duties as required. Salary commensurate based upon qualifications and experience. Excellent benefits available.
