City Code, Chapter 3, Sec. 3.20, Subd. 6C3 states, “It is a misdemeanor for any person to discharge water from a sump pump onto a public street or alley between November 1 and April 1 of each year.” Please discontinue discharging of your sump pump onto the public streets.
